There are many locations in the Caribbean that are available for rent. We are suggesting that you consider the following islands in the Caribbean because of the ease of getting to the destination.
1. St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands
2. Aruba
3. St. Maarten/Maartin
4. Barbados
5. The Bahama's

How to get there:
This is one of the major problems in going to the islands and the key to making your condo vacation a reality. It is extremely important that you make your arrangements to get to the islands BEFORE you make final arrangements for the purchase of a condo vacation.
The easiest way to make arrangements is to contact us and we will be able to help you secure transportation. We made the suggestions for islands under "where to go" because those islands are easier to get to when you decide to take an island vacation.
We also recommend "Charter" flights to the islands where they are available. This is one way to keep your vacation cost to a minimum.
What is Included?
What is included?:
The use of the condo and all of the amentities located at the resort are USUALLY at no extra charge. You should note that this can vary based on the resort so it is important to check this out before you choose your destination.
Most locations have many things to do during the week for individuals and for families. The resorts usually have parties at the beginning of the week and towards the end so that everyone who wishes to do so, may meet their neighbors. Some of the resorts have numerous things to do for children which can give parents some time to be by themselves. Many of the resorts offer tours to local attractions at a reduced rate. They will also help you in selecting local places to shop and can help you obtain transportation around the island.

Island Attractions
Island Attractions?:
Island attractions are numerous and vary from Island to Island. We recommend that you ask us about each of the destinations before you embark on your condo vacation.
Water sports are usually available on most of the islands. For those who love to scuba dive, each of the islands offer a different array of fish at each location.
Parasailing is available on most of the islands but a word of caution is needed. Be careful and check out the provider of the parasailing to ensure that you have a safe experience.
Golf is available on most islands. Fees vary from Island to island. The cost is usually higher than stateside with a round of golf averaging $80.00 per round. Clubs are usually available at the golf course.
Accomadations?
What are the Accomadations Like?:
Accomadations will also vary from location to location but most will include exceptional accomadations to include the following:
1. A one or two bedroom villa. (3 Bedroom villa's are rare)
2. Fully furnished bathroom and bedrooms.
3. Complete sets of kitchen utinsels.
4. Full entertainment facilities to include TV, radio and stero systems.
5. Many units have jacuzzi's within them.
Availability
Availability:
We can provide accomadations for you at most of the islands in the caribbean. We suggest that you plan very early and it is not uncommon to get your reservations 8 to 12 months in advance. Since this is the Caribbean, there is limited availability. The Caribbean is also a very popular place to visit and accomadations book very quickly.
